1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (where available)
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately:

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Digital Products

SSC education preparation materials and other digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after payment confirmation. No physical shipping applies to digital products.
