At Pingkart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not listed under non-returnable items (see below)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Digital products and downloadable SSC study materials
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective). Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at pingkartsales@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at 8890119066 or pingkartsales@gmail.com.
