Cancellation Policy

At Pingkart, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order placed on pingkart.in.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. A full refund will be issued.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item as per our Refund & Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible through any of the following:

Please provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.

3. Cancellation of Digital Products

Orders for digital products (such as SSC study materials and downloadable resources) cannot be cancelled once the download link or access has been provided, as the product has already been delivered.

4. Refund on Cancellation

For eligible cancellations:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, or wallet)
  • Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund amount

5. Cancellation by Pingkart

Pingkart reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing or product information on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent or invalid transaction
  • Failure to deliver to the specified location

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
