1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India.

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: Fastest delivery (2–5 business days)

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: Standard delivery (5–8 business days)

  • Rural/Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: ₹60 per order (varies by product size and weight)

  • Free Shipping: On select products and promotional offers (check product page for eligibility)

3. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

  • Common partners: Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, India Post, Ecom Express

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

  • Use this number on the courier partner’s website to track your order in real-time.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products.

  • Please ensure the correct address and phone number to avoid RTO (Return to Origin).

  • COD orders may include an extra processing charge (if mentioned on product page).

7. Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid payments are processed instantly via UPI, Cards, Netbanking, or Wallets.

  • Prepaid orders generally ship faster than COD orders.

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

  • RTO may occur if the address is incorrect, recipient is unavailable, or order is refused.

  • To minimize RTO:

    • Verify your delivery address before placing the order

    • Answer confirmation calls/WhatsApp messages from PingKart.in

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at:
