Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PingKart.in, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience safe, convenient, and hassle-free. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us:

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please follow the Return Policy below.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable for:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Order not received due to courier error (RTO)

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return:

  • Our team will guide you on return shipping or replacement process.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/intact accessories.


4. Refund Method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Original payment method (prepaid)

    • Bank transfer or UPI (if applicable for COD RTO)


5. Replacement / Exchange

  • If a product is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement.

  • PingKart.in will cover return shipping cost for defective products.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders returned due to RTO, wrong address, or refusal will be refunded after deduction of RTO/handling charges if applicable.

  • Prepaid orders have a faster refund processing compared to COD.
