Bank transfer or UPI (if applicable for COD RTO)

5. Replacement / Exchange

If a product is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement.

PingKart.in will cover return shipping cost for defective products.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders returned due to RTO, wrong address, or refusal will be refunded after deduction of RTO/handling charges if applicable.

Prepaid orders have a faster refund processing compared to COD.
